ATON GmbH

In 2006, ATON Transilvania was initially active in the business areas agriculture and transportation. In the course of 2007, the business activities were extended to include the areas construction materials, steel building, electricity and land. Presently, ATON Transilvania is engaged in five business areas:

2. Steel Building (Construct) more
3. Electricity (Electrica) more
4. Land (ATON Transilvania) more
5. Transportation (ATON Transilvania) more   

 

The individual business areas are chosen with the intention of mutual complement. They can act as separate structures, but as a whole, they generate comprehensive synergies. The biggest perspectives for growth are expected for the area steel building (industrial and civilian building; Construct).

All business fields have a qualification certificate according to ISO 9001:2000. In the future, every business field will have a quality management of its own as well as a laboratory and specialised staff. In addition, an antipollution certificate according to ISO 14001 is being arranged for. At the end of 2008, ATON Transilvania employed a staff of approximately 1001.

The implementation of numerous social actions is in the focus for 2008. Among them are the expansion of office space, the renovation of the changing rooms and the introduction of a catering service for all employees. The primary and continuing education of employees is another focal point for ATON Transilvania. Particularly in the steel building division, but also in industrial and civilian building, the employees are constantly being trained and educated for the manufacturing processes that are put into service.
