ATON buys DaimlerChrysler Aviation GmbH

ATON GmbH has bought from DaimlerChrysler AG 100% of the subsidiary company, DaimlerChrysler Aviation GmbH (DCA) with headquarters in Stuttgart. The transaction is subject to the approval of the Monopolies and Mergers Commission (Kartellamt) and the aviation authorities and is anticipated to be confirmed in the first Quarter of 2007. The purchase price has been tacitly agreed.

Turnover of around 65 million Euros

DaimlerChrysler Aviation mainly deals with the need for air traffic performance for business trips and presently employs around 200 employees. In the year 2006, DCA with the companies of the DaimlerChrysler Group and third party business had a turnover of around 65 million Euros.
