Changes in the management

For family reasons, and in mutual and amicable agreement, Dr. Kirchner has decided to resign from his position of Managing Director of ATON GmbH on 28th February 2009. He will, however, be remaining with the ATON Group in an advisory capacity, as well as retaining his position of CEO of EDUCATIONTREND AG. We regret this decision very much, and will continue the management of the company with Dr. Lutz Helmig and Mr. Rainer Bauer. We thank Dr. Kirchner for all his work for the ATON Group.
