The future orientation of ATON management

From 14th September 2009 Dr. Lutz Helmig appointed Jörg Fahrenbach to be an additional managing director at ATON GmbH.
37 year old Jörg Fahrenbach will be responsible for operations at ATON GmbH together with Rainer Bauer (43), a long-term managing director at ATON, who will continue to be CFO for the EDAG group. Jörg Fahrenbach has been close to the ATON group for many years as CFO for the subsidiary HAEMA AG. He too will continue in his function as CFO of HAEMA AG.
Dr. Helmig (63) is placing the daily business administration of ATON holdings in familiar young hands. This decision opens the way for long-term and stable further development of ATON GmbH and its 13 subsidiaries. He will continue to determine and be responsible for the principles and strategic development of the company in his role as speaker of the general assembly.
