In addition to management of ATON GmbH he will also take the leadership of the Helmig family office. Denoke holds degrees in Business Administration and Information Science and was CFO and Employment Director for many years as a member of the Executive Board of Linde AG. Denoke is Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of SGL Carbon.
Denoke replaces Thomas Eichelmann, who retires as managing director. Helmig thanks Mr. Eichelmann, who wants to re-orientate himself: "Mr. Eichelmann has done an outstanding job in the last eight years. He successfully restructured the group of companies and further developed it profitably. We wish him all the best for his future”.
